This worldwide pandemic has put the entire F&B industry through the most testing times.
To see new and existing restaurants overcoming all odds, achieving greater heights and receiving recognition during this period is absolutely essential. It gives everyone a sense of hope.
It's not just about surviving but also continuing to strive in any situation and if I dare say, setting the bar higher while at it (e.g. fine dining food impeccably made & designed for home delivery was unheard of pre-covid).
After all, tough times don't last, tough teams do. 💪🏼 CONGRATULATIONS.
